    Chaturbate affiliate banned

    Hello,

    I am in full on panic mode, I just tried to login to my chaturbate affiliate account and it says my account was banned. Is there anyone here that can help me?

    I have been an affiliate for years. I don't even know what I could have done wrong my site has been up for years.

              Thanks, Yeah i sent them an email. That really blows right before the holiday, I am going to be worried about this all weekend now. I've been working for years to build up that account. I can't possibly think what I could have done wrong. I am hoping it's some AI ban or something and needs human revision.

                  If you haven't done anything shady I wouldn't worry to much, this has happened to multiple affiliates on GFY including me.

                  It's most likely that you have missed a takedown request from them asking to remove a particular link/model.
                  Mine was in spam folder

                  Once complied they will reactivate your account

                              You most likely have received the takedown request so remove the content and they should reactive your account. I got this happen to me as well.

                                          Chaturbate support reached out to me, they didn't tell me why I was banned but they apologized for the inconvenience, maybe they had a technical issue. I'm just happy to have my account back. Thanks for your help!

                                              I love Chaturbate but this nonsense with takedown requests, if you are on the platform you should have to agree to affiliates publishing and posting your cam that is literally open to the world. Dumb models thinking everyone "stole" their pics is older than Clickcash.

                                                                          A model should always have the right to opt-out of being published third-party sites, for whatever reason.
                                                                          it can be that on the main site she is only visible in particular countries but the affiliate shows her over all the world
                                                                          It can be to have control over what is written about her.
                                                                          it can be that she is posted on a site with content that she doesn't want to be associated with.

                                                                          And It's not only chaturbate that does this, I have had model removal requests from pretty much every cam program.

                                                                                                  Sure, they built an affiliate program in the beginning, but it's fairly obvious over the last 6-7 that affiliates are not a priority for them. They haven't had an affiliate manager for a few years. They are very active in the model communities and at model tradeshows but not at affiliate shows.

                                                                                                  Just by observing where they focus their energy as a business, affiliates are not getting much attention as a traffic channel.

Of course they aren't going to spend piles of money recruiting affiliates, any with a brain already promotes them.

Looks like it was triggered by some internal protection. Maybe somebody tried brute-forcing my account. Both times CB was able to recover my account without a problem.
