    News Train derailment in Missouri

    Three dead and about 50 injured, one of those injured was my sister. She has multiple broken ribs, punctured lung, broken collarbone, and broken hip.

    The ironic thing is, when I last talked to her she was not taking the train home.

    She is on a lot of drugs right now but it sounds like she will live and get a large settlement sometime down the road.

          Congratulations twice! Now you and your sister can celebrate her living (surviving). And later you can celebrate winning (a generous settlement).


          I've had two near death experiences in my life. Grateful to be alive and walk away each time. No money though. It happened in two countries where lives don't have much monetary value.

                          More injuries discovered, neck and back. Not sure how Nalem came to the conclusion that I would get anything from the settlement worth celebrating; at least she has a brother that is familiar with the procedure.
