a majority of the top bitcoin holders are corporate, finance, and banking, so this "decentralized" new money idea is no longer true. there's a reason bitcoin is dropping along with the stock markets and not going the opposite direction. if bitcoin was the "new currency", it would go higher when markets crashed. the same people are controlling (and speculating) the markets and the coins.

- Riot Blockchain, Inc. : Bitcoin mining company, supporting the Bitcoin blockchain through rapidly expanding large-scale mining in the United States.

They literally all are in the crypto space
