Paxum payment delays, is it just me?

Since I don't have the luxury of waiting this long for bank transfers, I'm using another payment solution in the meantime.

Whenever Paxum withdrawals are back on track being instant or max 24 hours again, I'll be more than happy to use them again.

For close to 5 years Paxum was perfect for me until their recent issues with banking partners.

Update: Other EFT Withdrawal received now also on day 4. I guess I'll give Paxum another shot hoping that they've dealt with any issues they had properly. I don't know if my withdrawal will be delayed again if I use another new payment processor. Usually KYC verification takes some time.

Was it a EFT withdrawal from your EUR account or USD?

It seems that EFT has resumed to normal (instant to within hours)
The delay came from EFT's made last week.
Still waiting for mine made on June 9th.

mine arrived 1 day after complaining. after approx 10 years with paxum i have to say, i had very minor issues during the entire time with paxum . thank you ruth for jumping in to explain and cool down .

I noticed when you send above $1,000 it's not instant.

I sent today a couple of EFt's below $1k and it's instant.
The third one is above $1k, and it's not yet in.

Not necessarily I sent one for $1k that was instant and the next day a smaller one $800 that took a few hours.

Last Thursday I sent a Wire / SEPA of over 1k € from my bankaccount to my Paxum and it´s not arrived yet.
Normally it always arrived a day later, so there must be a delay.
If my funds do not arrive in my Paxum account by tomorrow, I have to contact Ruth....

Just got the fund after 10 hours for wire transfer (EUR), even faster than before, which normally took 24 hours at least.
