The public Health Survey reports that about 300,000 people are infected with trichinosis each year, but this is only partly true. Only about 300,000 are actually reported. There are millions who suffer from the ?low worm burdens? of headache, upset stomach, muscle aches, red eyes, and diarrhea who never report these symptoms to their doctor because they believe these problems to be caused by other reasons.


A special report given to medical personnel at a Doctors and Nurses Conference on Communicable Disease at the Wesley Medical Center, Wichita, Kansas, in 1962 said: ?that autopsies showed that one out of three people are infected with trichinosis.?


The trichina is just one worm found in the swine. There is a large round worm, the gullet worm, three kinds of stomach worms, a tiny hairworm, a hookworm and the thorn headed worm, in the small intestine. There are several species of nodular worms and one species of whipworm in the large intestine, and the kidney worm. The large round worm can be as big as eighteen inches.


In the book Slaughterhouse by Gail A. Eisnitz, she interviewed one worker who stated: ?And nine times out of ten those hogs have roundworms as long as this table here. And they curl up. I mean, I fish, but they?re not white worms.


?Anyway, I don?t mind doing the job. But my boss would bring big handfuls of worms and they would be stringing like spaghetti. He?d say, ?See, Carol. If you just touch them, you?ll be over your fear.?


?I said, Get in my face with them and I?m going to scald you.? Because that?s how big these worms were?.I mean, you go work where you?ve got twelve-inch roundworms hanging on your foot as you?re walking and you?re dragging these worms. Are you going to get up in the morning and fry some bacon? Or sausage? Could be ground-up worms making that sausage.?


Despite what health officials or farmers say, cooking does not kill these nasty worms, and even if heat did destroy them, the thought of eating cooked filthy parasites is not very appealing.


Although the USDA and FDA have seemingly admirable intentions by going around with their little blue stamp pads, it is totally impossible for these agents to properly check the millions upon millions of pigs currently being approved to be sold and eaten. No way.! There are too many breeders, breeds, and slaughterhouses located on thousands of farms in thousands of locations.


The microscope has revealed that the flesh of hogs is often infested with worms, which when taken into the human body multiply and begin to work their way through the entire system, even into the brain and heart. This condition is known as trichinosis. Thus far there is no known cure for the disease, since nothing has been discovered which will kill the trichina without killing the person when once the worms have started working into the flesh.


The worms enter the human digestive tract as tiny, almost invisible cysts, which digest and release the worms, so that they burrow through the walls of the stomach or duodenum and go into the blood stream. The result is symptoms similar to food poisoning if the number of parasites is sufficient. Later rheumatic-like pains may begin, or the worms may settle temporarily in the heart. Inflammation in the cardiac region may follow. In some cases the brain or nervous system may be disturbed, as the worms invade the brain. Even invasion of the muscles may be fatal if the worms are numerous enough. Chicago has several packinghouses that can kill, dress, and pack hundreds of hogs an hour. Because of the large number of hogs being prepared for the public, an attempt to examine each one microscopically had to be abandoned as impractical and expensive, and so the Department of Agriculture in a bulletin on trichinosis says that ?no practicable system has yet been devised by which persons who eat imperfectly cooked pork can be protected from the danger of trichinosis.?


There has been no progress made in discovering a way to produce trichina-free pork in the past 150 years of modern research. Knowledge of the trichina worm?s existence, and the harm it causes the human body, is one of the least publicized medical problems in the country. The major symptoms are so flu-like that this problem has been absorbed into other disease categories.


Regardless of the many Scriptures condemning the hog as an article of food for humans, and all the discoveries of medical science revealing the wisdom of abiding by the prohibitions of the Bible, many people around the world continue to eat the brute from head to tail.

If you read his last post, you will see that Dr. Faith Fitzgerald, a University of California-Davis professor of medicineit has in fact proven that Mozart died because "...they needed a new choirmaster in heaven..."
And that was an exact quote!

So which is it? That combined with the tone of the article and the lack of source makes me doubt it very much. Why haven't we heard about the trichnosis epidemic?

The Govt and the FDA, hide it from the general public as to not create a agricultral disaster such as that in Europe due to madcow disease.

Polititians are dependant on the support of of the widwest and their economy. Large companies such as Purina donate millions of dollars each year to the campaign funds of both the Democratic and Republican parties.
Thus no study findings will be released to the general public untill it is to late.

Swine also may contain BSE (Madcow disease). Swine is also raised on feed consisting of bone meal.

Do you people really think that BSE or trichnosis only effects livestock in Europe? Somehow American animals must be magicly immune.

hehe... I just had high school graduation a couple weeks ago and in my Music History class I specifically remember watching the videos and listening to my fat ass teacher's lectures...
Nobody is 100% sure but the most commonly accepted theory among all the professors and "smart people" is that Mozart died from a combination of alcoholism + working too hard.
Good thing he died when he did b/c his arch rival Saliere was possibly going to murder him.

this is just the product of bored researchers with nothing better to do. didnt you catch the first few words of the article, "The latest theory". Everyone knows theorys are rarely proved true. And where did they come up with this so called "theory"? Because 44 days before his illness developed he had pork? what the fuck did he eat within that 44 day period is probably more likely to be the culprit. I dont even knoow why im arguing about this...

Like the article said, there's been hundreds of theories as to why he died. I've heard lots of the over the years. They don't even usually bring the subject up in music history classes anymore. People just get nuts with these things. They dug up Beethoven recently for some research too.
