let me give you an example;

you are opening a grocery store near Walmart. While Walmart selling thousands of products you are selling only lemonade and you are not good at making lemonades.

Unless you are making very authentic and organic lemonade, people will go Walmart.

Wrong he is not making lemonade, he is stealing lemonade and giving it away for free on the street corner,and clearly failing to monetize his scam while fucking over Walmart
