That's not really reason to use old tank vs new better one, he's not exactly keeping his soldiers safe. Most of the tanks I've seen in the pictures are worth less then the rocket used to shoot at them.

Keeping soldiers safe ? Anti-tank missile can destroy old tank or new tank, doesn't really matter. Better to use old first :)

Putin will never launch nukes against the United States (or any NATO country). This is because of mutual assured destruction.... No matter what he would never be able to take out our boomers and we would have the ability to launch against him.
