Blowjob is a big, saturated niche. Without good budget and man-hours, difficult to make a splash (every pun intended) fast.

My two cents ... Do the things you can easily do well.

Ask some really obvious questions. Do most surfers in to your niche type 'blowjob videos' into an SE or something very specific? You've got Category pages targeting those micro-niches (just like all your myriad competitors have). But they are mostly an extra click away ... or text links only.

I'm a lazy-ass first time visitor. I owe you nothing. I don't wanna give you two of my clicks to possibly find what I want. Give me what I want in one click ... or fuck you, I'm off back to google and hitting the next link that does. You got a few seconds of my time tops. Make me like you fast. I just used a searchbox on google. Don't tell me to use your searchbox too. I wanna see a thumb I like fast.

Research/identify micro-niches where there is opportunity for a newcomer to make headway fast. Target those micro-niches relentlessly.

I'd get a killer thumb for each targeted micro-niche and make them the first row/s complete with keywords my virgin surfer and googlebot sees. If google is gonna index anything for my site, force it to take special notice of those targeted micro-niches. Build a micro-niche PBN around your catchall niche hub. Keep ads on them minimal for first few months.

I don't know your niche, but must be some opportunities to grab some keyword rich micro-niche domains. I dunno ... swallowvirgins, gobblinggrandmas, streetfacials, foureyedfellatists :=p ... bla bla bla.

    Good luck.

Since I use my site more than anyone else, these ads were starting to piss me off too. I'm being tested for a lot of things and that's part of it.

So I deleted all the popups, social bars and too bad for the few cents on Adsterra :P

In fact, if you're crazy about blowjobs and especially slobbery blowjobs like me, you'll like some very rare videos ;) I understand when you still say another wp-scripts site... I'll try to stand out and continue my work on seo.

Regarding your relevant comment, Justbiz, I will do what you say and focus on micro niches by working a lot on category seo.

Thank you all and do not hesitate to give me more advice.

I agree if you don't use an adblocker your a moron, but you might want to sit down for this: many big whales are morons. That's why it's stupid not to test a site in as many possible browser/device setups even for the morons.
If it takes 4 clicks before the visitor actually gets what he's clicking for, it's bad practice IMHO. Unless the ads give you a ton of money
And my bad confused you with the topic starter

Actually none of us that posted (or didn't post) got the answers. There's lots of different answers. The secret's finding one that works for you. Try lots of stuff and learn as much, if not more, from what doesn't work as what does. That's the truest time-saver.

You gave yourself one answer in saying your ads were pissing you off as the number one fan of your site.

Next time you buy something off a site that isn't a major player like Amazon, maybe ask why you chose the site you eventually did to buy from or bookmark. It's not something most of us generally think about in any sort of analytical way.

Last week I bought a specialist plant for someone as a gift. Amazon didn't have it. I checked out only the first page of results on google. Obviously, I didn't buy/bookmark the first site I visited ... regardless of google putting it number one.

I clicked quickly about 8 sites. All of them had listings for the specialist plant I was looking to buy. One of them it was out of stock. One of them loaded too slow. Two of them I instantly didn't like the immediate look of. Might have been good sites, but they got only seconds to make an impression.

Four sites I liked the look of enough to read further. Price got rid of another one. The other three all offered the same product for roughly the same price, were easy to navigate, were fast and looked good.

But I bookmarked and bought from only one of the three. I didn't just 'lucky dip' the one of the three I eventually bought from. Why I bookmarked and bought from that one and not the other two is subjective, of course. Someone else, most things being equal, might have bought from one of the others.

If you trust you know your niche (and micro-niches), go with your gut. There's thousands of sites in the niche you like. How many of those did/do you visit? If someone made you write it down, what's the top 5 reasons you visit/bookmarked those sites and not all the countless others you looked at and never visited again?

Copy what they do. Monitor how traffic/SEs react. The data itself will eventually tell you where all the sweet spot dos and donts are. But your gut (or groin) if you genuinely like that niche seems as good a place as any to start.

And yes I know after a few annoying redirects and pop ups it will stop. But by that time most will have already left.

But it seems like you are asking for compliments instead of reviews.

            So here you go.

Awesome site, very unique, much better than the blowjob category at pornhub
Yeah, the popups just to get to the site were to annoying for me to even bother.

I don't think we disagree. It's not what I'd do, but if other people want to alienate visitors that's their loss.

Anyway since the impression I got from adblocking and the OP not correcting me, and implying they were going for a simpler, lower ad, "beautiful" site, was total bullshit, and it was indeed just another splog dressed up as a tube, my bad on that one.

I would have gone with - BlowJobPalace.com - yours sounds a bit cumbersome..

Also, while I have been out of the game for a while.. is it commonplace to buy exclusive content and give it away on a free site?

Anyway mate, good luck.. always good to see more free sites popping up..
