Every social media platform has it's own ins and outs, Twitter is no exception. I ran some tests earlier on an account I have had for years and without using any automation tools I would consider my tests successful. All I really have to do is scale my efforts.
Post frequency is very important, 3 to 5 times per day at least during your local audiences peak hours.
Video trumps all. But make sure it's properly curated. Show the best stuff and your engagement level sky rockets.
Make sure to watch your analytics for peak performering tweets and then retweet those. The way timelines work followers may miss your original tweet.
Like your own tweets within a 5 minute window of posting.
Research your tags and use appropriately.

Post often, focus on clips, post content that gets engagement (trial and error to find out what your followers like), and avoid automation--meaning having the same exact post(s) go up everyday. Scheduling unique posts is fine.Comment

I don't know if any of you ever found those tweets from someone in india I guess!
They always tweet the word: "Bagian"
Their accounts shows up in the newsfeed pretty much all the time, they open accounts let's say in january and in february they have already 300k followers, they get millions of views on the videos and put links to dating smartlinks on the video (no idea how they do that too) , then if you lookup the same account in a month or two followers are back to like 100-200 and then they make hundreds of other accounts , gets many followers, millions fo views and so on and so forth, I really don't understand how they do it but if each video gets 5 million views somehow and they have a smartlink on it it sounds possible to me that they make at least $100-$200 x video.

They could be using Twitter's API but you could also use studio.twitter.com to bulk upload your videos, add titles, descriptions, and a url. Then when you tweet a video and the user maximizes it it will show a hyperlink.

Hit and miss.
Twitter uses NOFOLLOW for links, but they still get the attention of search engines, even G.
Also, if you structure your posts right, the sub-twitter scraper sites will repost your tweet on their domain and use DOFOLLOW.
Jury is still out though on the efficacy of posting to Twitter.

I have not had a bead experience with twitter, in fact the in the past I had more members, and shoots book via twitter than I did from traffic of other site and modelling forums. I would also on occasion get feedback and even request for custom work.
However now, the nature of Twitter has change, it seem solely as a prop up for onlyfans, and even when you invite the public to engage with you they do not and that really is sad because it was a great platform, before OF.Comment
