                  Speaking from experience.. Any virial/bacterial infection of the lungs puts pressure on the heart, anyone whose had covid wild, Alpha or Delta can expect heart issues. If you've had any of those you should refrain from strenuous activity for 6-18 months. When lungs swell due to infection the heart is the major organ they exert pressure on often causing damage..
