Looking for a new payment gateway

I don't really like my payment processor any longer. They are not reliable. I've been with them since 2005 so it makes me sad to move but fuck them.

I lost a lot of money overnight because their system went down, they are lackadaisical about answering emails and offer nothing more than - oh so sorry we don't check our emails past 10 PM.

I'm just looking for a gateway with good reporting features on sales. I already have 2 merchant accounts so that's not needed. Just the system to process.

Advice? Suggestions?

oh no! If you need me to go out on the street corner to make you some of that $$$ back let me know but then again we are getting 15"-20" of snow right now..

I am looking as well. After five years of being with my gateway they fucked me over recently by overcharging me on denied transactions. I am looking for someone new. Netbilling is a real option (hello Mitch!).

I had a client that used https://www.orbitalpay.com/ and seemed pretty happy with them.

I'm also looking for a payment processor for micropayments. min $1 - max $5 per payment, nothing fancy. Who has to lowest fees for such a thing? I'll reach out to Matt at Mobiuspay ;)
