stopped using it years ago since I could just handsubmit to the few sites left that had any traffic..

They still Update their software (Elmy is great!) and it is good for the smaller tubes but do not expect a ton of traffic from it. They do also do Content Partner Programs so it may be useful depending on the number of videos/channels you are uploading.
