MOVAVI video suite of tools.
I have found it to be easy and very efficient for processing large batches of videos, for clips and previews. The compression and resizing options are very good.  |

I can do everything I need easily in DaVinci resolve, and its free too
 Plus lots of easily understandable help available online... |

You need an editor or you need recommendation for NLE software?
