Looks it, it gets messy here.
I like to cook it everyday on a pan, and save the excess oil, for other cooking uses.

Microwave is great for quick bacon, outdoor smoker is best though but takes some time.

just roasted these babies in the air fryer (convection oven).
meat down, 20 minutes at 260F meat up, 20 minutes at 260F meat still up, 10 minutes at 450F (singe the meat). crispy and falls off the bone   #
