There's one on the Net I know. The database on it sucks though.

I tried 3 of my own cellphone numbers and not one pulled up successfully.

Tried several friends also and nothing.

Honestly, I think the site is a scam job and just getting a shitload of traffic cause it pulls up in the search engines for cell phone reverse lookup and people think it will work when in fact it doesn't.
