I don't know whether it's my favorite, but I love a Reuben. Have not had one in quite some time.

If I'm at a sandwich shop, I'll typically go with Turkey, provolone or Swiss, tomato, lettuce and spicy mustard.

Might make some, all pastrami is a smoked brisket. I have a smoker. I'm going to start eating suff that know what's in it. I know how to make mayo and BBQ sauce, cheese sauce etc.... I'll learn to make mustard.

I had read it's best not to eat 'oils' and other stuff not possible to make before the industrial revolution.

Cold pressed oils. No hydrangized stuff etc...

There is a bakery in Fillmore that grinds heritage flour from small farms if I feel like making bread or pasta.
