Newbie here trying to get started in the industry. I've made a few posts asking about recruiting and legal assistance which have been helpful. I've ordered equipment and recently consulted with an adult biz lawyer. I was advised to operate under an LLC structure and to consult a CPA (preferably one that specializes in this space).
I am wondering if anyone has any adult CPA referrals. I am mainly looking for assistance on the following:
1.) LLC formation
2.) Doing it properly - model compensation & appropriate tax forms
3.) End of year tax filing - can I continue to deduct expenses (equipment, model compensation) from my personal corporate job?
