Software? That stuff is easy to write from scratch for a semi-compittant admin. I setup most of a freehost once with a guy in under 24 hours.

Only problem with this is if you use Certian Peoples Software they want you to host with them ,.,.....
if you want to have a true Freedom with your hosting and run a free host i would recomend the new solution scripts software ... it supports full ftp .. and the old software can be easly setup to support FTP in a few hours as we have done ... Dont get stuck at any one host |
