The eBay app on iPhone uses a cash register sound for notifications when a sale is made. I wish the PayPal app did the same.

No, I manually made the noise....still do!

I'm still doing that.. my speaker shuts off after 15 minutes of inactivity though so I only hear it when I'm working and are listening to something..

would be cool to get a push message on the phone when you got a sale xD
