    do you ever create "identities" for people you know online?

    what i mean, is for example on GFY... theres a lot of common posters, and by what they say how they act etc etc, i gather an identity of who that person is, its 2nd nature for me... like what i think they'd look like, how old they are, their enviroment, etc etc.... so that whenever they post, i have an image of who is saying it instead of their username.

    and then, come to find out you were totally off and the person ends up being like 40 / 50 yrs. old when you thought they were in their early 20's.

    crazy shit!

    it'll be interesting once video will play a bigger role.
