I was more lucky - they banned my account after 2 days of joining them and earned $15

Scam company - there are many complaints about accounts ban with no reason.

Probably the biggest ad network available to the public. If your site(s) violated their very publicly available guidelines, that's your problem.

Well, i used them on 3 sites.
100% organic SEO traffic.
Bounce rate 20%, session duration 20 minutes.

Which their rules i violated ?
I wrote to support after ban, but no answer.

I do not think it is normal behavior for non-scammers.

My sites does not contained any illegal / banned content.
Simply embedded videos from biggest tubes.

Same here. Scored few thousands. The day before the payment they banned the account. No explanation given.

All rules followed. No bad things in place. Clean site.

It's fine for them to ban people, but they should at least give an explanation for the sake of being transparent. A 2 sentence explanation of what terms were violated would suffice.

I always find it shady when people ban without explanation, particularly if you've been using them for a long time. 15 years is a really long time.

Nop, i dont remember anyone ever from exoclick commenting anything on any place. They usually just post announcements and that's it. They are too big to give a damn lol

Exoclick controls their communication very tightly, you can't even get a rep on Skype, everything is email tickets.

They're also not obligated to answer you, even though for some reason you feel like you're entitled to someone else's time.

My experience is probably different as a small advertiser. I get kicked back to email tickets every time I try to escalate any questions.

At a CPA that I've worked at a few years ago, only the top top accounts got a rep, everyone else got email tickets. I dealt with maybe 10 people.

Yeah, this is generally true. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. Most affiliates / pubs who take up most of the man hours don't even pay for the snacks in the break room.

We stopped using them the day they told us, to our faces at a show in Vegas a few years back, "everybody steals from everybody in this industry" after we inquired directly with them about trying to get identified and confirmed pirate accounts shutdown.

Only time when i saw their reps posting on some forum was when they were just starting, they were spamming DP forum a lot

I'm not exactly Rockefeller, but one year for 20 Euros? Four months for $50? $10 minimum payout? Even for developing world countries it hardly seems worth the cost of fouling up a webpage with ads and sending away traffic even if they did pay.

I`ve had a fairly good experience with Exoclicks but it was years ago as I moved to cams. I am still doing some CPA but I`ve made most money with CB and CR.

I am happy that companies tried to get close to the affiliates nowadays ( this was something I didn't like about Exoclicks as their support was a bit off [years ago] ). CrakRevenue even announced in a newsletter that they are starting their own subreddit to be more present and helpful to their affiliates - CrakRevenue
