    Yoast has been bought by the company that owns Hostgator and Network Solutions.

    How long before you have to register or navigate a series of upsells to use it?

                              Dont care, plenty of seo plugins available for wordpress. But yes company behind hostgator have tendency to screw up whatever they touch.
