So this modeling agency definitely isn't recruiting stuck up and greedy models. The models will have to sign a contract to stay with the agency for a set period.

I've shot porn in LA for over 20 years, and I have no idea what this sentence means.

"...$1600 studio fee tax from the government..."? WTF?

Not everyone follows the letter of the law. Or reads for that matter.
                en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Measure_B

BTW, let's not pick on Chanel because she's a prostitute at the late Dennis Hof's brothel.

A lot if not most porn stars double as prostitutes.

                Speak of the devil,
                Leigh Raven:
                porncompanions.com/4389-LeighRaven

Even "A List" models at agencies like 101 Models: Tia Cirus

                She's an "A List" model:
                101modeling.com/site/talent/talent.php?t_id=1066&pageType=profile

                She's an "escort":
                porncompanions.com/5564-TiaCyrus

BTW, I booked Tia for a porn shoot, and was late to the shoot due to unforeseen circumstances and she blasted me via text message and bailed.

I live right in the center of 6 different strip clubs in East LA within a 5 mile radius. The lines are blurred for sure. Lets not even get started about what happens at the back of those clubs.

Point being, there is an abundance of talent here, and I have gotten requests for partners outside of California in other states. I am looking for in person meetings and locals first. As in people local to Los Angeles to partner on this modeling agency venture.
I have a Powerpoint presentation ready, and can go meet you in person to discuss.

You have no idea what you're talking about because you're getting your information from Wikipedia, not from direct experience of the biz.

Measure B has been mostly ignored. There was some enforcement soon after its passing, and a few producers were hurt, but that was it. I know of companies that were shooting with condoms back then that have since stopped.

Re-reading your other posts it seems you've most likely gleaned all your information from Google, Wikipedia, et al. And why post links to Wikipedia anyway? If you know how the biz works you don't need Wikipedia to back you up.

A lot of producers moved to Las Vegas or other parts of Nevada.

This modeling agency aims to new producers and other film companies that may want to comply with the law.

Since the failure of Prop. 60 in 2016, which was the high water mark of the AHF's fight against the industry, the condom issue hasn't really been an issue. But you're right: a lot of producers have moved to Las Vega$--because it's a less expensive place to do business than LA.

Scat porn is considered obscene in California and the United States.

                                vice.com/en/article/jmv98y/why-is-the-guy-who-made-2-girls-one-cup-going-to-jail

                                justice.gov/criminal-ceos/citizens-guide-us-federal-law-obscenity

So there's a work-around. You get a ticket to Brazil and partner with a studio there.

However, local models here in Los Angeles wouldn't do scat on film. You're better off hiring locals in Brazil to do that or partnering with a studio there.

This new modeling agency would take on models that are OK with risky scripts, hard face fucking, rough sex, group sex, gang bang, bukkake, and things like that.

Such as porn stars that have been through every other kind of porn, and they can't get "A list" gigs anymore. There are lots of local girls here in LA that have already been "spit out by the business" working in fast food.

I want to stress. There is a limit. Like we wouldn't go hire a model that's living in the Las Vegas tunnels like Jenni Lee was for instance.

                                heavy.com/news/2019/08/jenni-lee-stephanie-sadorra/

The models still have to pass the STD test at: talenttestingservice.com 14 days before the shoot, ect...
