I'm from the east coast and a 80's baby so this is basically what we had as premium up until like 2001. We had a few more Jamaican strains like lambs bread and chocolate and such. But it was all like this, though closer to 2001 the buds were a lot more condensed in those same strains.
It did me justice. Had me high as shit for years. I enjoyed every bit of it. Nowadays it would be like smoking CBD flower or Delta-8 for me. Nothing.
A lot of those strains/landraces are still around, just ultra evolved. Columbian Gold is decent these days.Comment

For years and years it was just "weed". Good weed or bad weed. Basically either green, chocolate (dark brown stuff) or hydro (when you could find it).
