    I started growing about 25 years ago already with professional lights and systems. Back in the cowboy days. I must say that the quality was almost the same as now. Cause i learnt fro the best back than. Haven't grown for more than a decade now.

            I used 400w sodium halide (or sodium something, can't remember..) bulbs a long time ago, they worked pretty well.

                Some people are pushing 2g per watt with higher end LEDs. Which are generally Samsung's top quality runs.

                Cost savings is HUGE in comparison. I can't tell you the last time I saw someone post photos or talk about their grow and NOT being using LEDs.

                    In Holland i see always the 400 Watts used when the police finds a plantation. Only recently saw some pictures with Led lights. Curious if Led works well. What is see, it can work

                    This is recent picture on a site, but that is how they did it aready 25 years ago.

                        Right. The increase in quality in the past few years isn't because of new lights or anything like that, it's because the bigger commercial operations where you used to get brick weed or mids, they are all switching to making extracts/oils/etc. so there's less of the low end going around.

                            Ah ok, we didn't have that problem that there was a real shortage of good weed in the Netherlands. Never had bricks or other shit you still see in Asia and also in Latin America.
