I have 10 sites, 8 of them are tubes with embedded videos (from big, free tubes). Infrastructure: WordPress + WP-Script

As this is my side job, I found myself in a situation that I just don't have enough time and energy to do everything

I have ideas for new sites, or new pages, or trying new affiliate programs... - but simple, routine tasks keep me from doing it

Maybe at least this task I can outsource: choosing and embedding video posts

What is your experience in this? Did you find a partner or did you hire? How much did you pay? Bad experiences, warnings?

Figure out ways to automate your menial tasks effectively.

I'm a one man show with a pretty big network. I know of plenty of people with networks smaller than mine who have 3-5 employees, though. Most of those people really just had / have capital but no skill, though.

I've tried automation, but it fails to bring result
My sites have hand-picked videos, altered titles etc - that way I fought my place among millions of similar sites, identical between themselves

Tubes are where my traffic is. I have probably 200 blogs too though but nobody cares about those.. including me.

Hmmm.. I used to be the type of person you're looking for.. Loyal / take it to the next level type of person..
(now-a-days) that (trying to break in to the biz person with unlimited enthusiasm) is extremely hard to find.

I'm more afraid of people adding links to video posts, adding "dangerous" kinds of content, using a limited account to hack their way up to the admin account, and the like

I have contracted someone from this board to do certain things for me each week. He's paid per hour (I think 2 hours per day) to do the things I need.

We have worked together for over 5 years now and I think he's a pretty awesome guy. He works with my blogs doing some SEO and modifications and is mostly in charge of the QC dept.

I don't know what the rest of his time is like....but I'd recommend him. If he were interested.

Why don't you care about blogs out of curiosity?

For me, they are my biggest "free" traffic source and the most lucrative.

Juice ain't worth the squeeze and all that. I used to only do blogs, though.. many moons ago.

Well, to be brutally honest.. I don't view anyone using WP / WP-script as a competitor in the tube game. You're extremely limited in a lot of ways. I consider my WP-script sites in the "blogs" I mentioned above just because they're all... limited and shit. But I have a few of those around 5k / day. Totally automated - haven't logged into them since the day I set them up - in some cases that was 3 years ago.


If you're manually doing all that stuff on a pretty meh system, you're not going to get very far.

Well, I guess with 2 million views a day what the fuck would you need blogs for lol.

I have far less traffic than that, but it's very targeted so I think that's why it works well for me.

2 million views a day and I'd fall to the ground and roll in money like a beached whale never returning to the sea. but then I'd probably be dead and couldn't enjoy it...so I guess I better stay where I am.
