I told them the same thing. Swap the logo, fuck around with the colors, but re-doing the whole template is a waste of time and money. Whether or not people push traffic will be a result of the sites they are offering and not the design of their affiliate program.

Guy is new to VR - Wants the BEST visuals (Screen) possible for games. Does research and ends up with the expensive, but best consumer headset for visuals on the market today. The Reverb G2...

He first has to set it up on his computer. His 'Hand is Held' throughout the process by both the instructions in the box and the instructions on the screen. Simples.

Now he wants to purchase some games, so he goes to Steam, where his 'Hand is Held' throughout the process by Steam...

The guy decides to make a purchase of some VR porn and goes to your site (or pretty much any other VR site) and finds that his headset isn't mentioned All the other headsets he has heard about like the index, and the oculus, the vive, Playstation etc... But no mention at all of the G2

He sees that each system has a different way of doing things, and his isn't mentioned... No Help, assistance or handholding here for him... He thinks, why try and get something to work on his new device when its not designed for it? So he moves on...



Now, 'I KNOW' that a G2 is a "Windows Mixed Reality" device - But the picture on the 'How To' page https://swallowbay.com/how-it-works/ shows a cheap plasticy acer device. Most people who have just bought a G2 (and therefore HAVE some disposable income) DON'T SEE THEIR DEVICE AS BEING LISTED... So they move on...

My suggestion to you is to feature the fact that it works on the G2, and instead of the blue acer on the how to page, put a pic of the G2 and list it as 'Reverb G2 / Windows Mixed Reality'

Not gonna cost you a penny to do that and it's almost guaranteed to increase your signups significantly from new G2 users... It cant decrease sales can it? I mean you have google daydream mentioned on the how to page and daydreams been discontinued since October 2019... Not having the latest headsets just make it look dated.

Again, just trying to be helpful for a change - Make of my input what you will

NP. The thing about the G2, which you wouldn't know if you didn't purchase one, is that while it IS at its heart, a 'windows mixed reality device' its also made in partnership with valve almost as an upgraded index. This means that when it comes to games, its primary use, you wouldn't be looking for WMR compatibility, but steam/index compatibility.
