when did they start handle payouts?
always received payments automatically

every month on the 2nd and 17th of each month, the amount to be paid appears in Payment History.
the last Payment History i see 2021-06-01.

It's been two years this month since Gamma bought WeAreHairy. You asked the Gamma Affiliate Manager on June 22nd and you received an answer within the hour.

I opened a ticket with TMM within 20 minutes of the affiliate manager reaching out to me and it was confirmed, you did not reach your payout.

We sent you a screen capture on June 22nd from TMM confirming the amount was only $68 in unpaid commission and you did not reach your payout for the latest payout cycle.

While I can understand the frustration of tracking when commissions are earned versus when they are paid in the cycles, this is a misunderstanding on your part of when a commission is earned, versus when it's paid.

I wrote an email to support today. I think that they have something broken in the NATS and they see the wrong statistics.

The account balance doesn't change and seems to be stuck too.
