Dermablend concealer and use a setting spray and, if the blemishes are really distracting, be mindful of roughness and lube meaning you may need to reapply makeup periodically.
If it is someone you work with often, pay for them to go to a dermatologist. We have the technology to fix this. It is bizarre to me how common it is for someone to spend $11k on boobs, but not ever go to a dermatologist.
