Better to be safe than sorry. Some parts of the world require a disclaimer by law. If your site is part of an affiliate or whitelabel program some backends will provide these disclaimers automatically. For example: Chaturbate white label sites will automatically add a warning box that users have to accept before proceeding to your site.

YouPorn.com was the first tube to take down the "warning page" about 15 years ago they did this and at that time the warning label stated that YouPorn.com is illegal in every zip code in the USA. I guess things have changed porn is about to get regulated by the FDA
