I am not sure in there what Geoffrey's "obvious reasons" are other than he is trying to maintain some anonymity.
Geoffrey's refusal to show her his face during the call probably supports, in her view, the belief that he and Sammy are indeed one and the same.
Several times you have stated that if something happened "against the law" to take actions. It does not necessarily have to be illegal to be actionable in the civil courts. So, while the girls may not have something that they can call the police about, they may have something that they can call lawyers about.

What does being called names have to do with showing your face? Geoffrey showing his face would have shown her that he was not Sammy. That might have stopped the name calling right there.
I don't know why she does not publish it, could be as simple as the recording screwed up on her or she said she was going to record it and didn't actually do it. I don't know how technically literate she is so I could not say anything on that and really either can you.
Calls can be re-routed however you want them to be, just like proxy servers. So, I can make it look like I am pretty much anywhere in the world if I want to.

Why would they say something positive about their competitor?

What I was trying to say is that under the current situation you could end up with a disgruntled 2257 custodian who is in a position to possibly screw you legally.
The records do not have to be stored with the original producer. You can hire a custodian to hold all of your records.
I don't know how your situation with Sammy will end up. I do know that it is fairly common that when a company fires someone the first thing that happens is to cut off all access that the employee/contractor has to the company's infrastructure.All cookies cleared!Comment
