Looking to hire someone to help with Google Page Speed Insights and Core Web Vitals

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong spot!
I searched and couldn't find much.

If I'm violating some rule or policy, please just delete or maybe move to an appropriate spot?

With that said, as the title says, I"m looking to hire someone to help with Google Page Speed Insights and Core Web Vitals for an adult site using Wordpress.

For one example of help I need: "LCP issue: longer than 2.5s (mobile)" ... I have no idea what to do...

Additionally, I need help improving the speed of things like :

    First Contentful Paint
    2.9 s
    Speed Index
    4.8 s
    Largest Contentful Paint
    2.9 s
    Time to Interactive
    4.2 s

Things like "Avoid chaining critical requests 33 chains found" and all similar stuff in Page Insights section.

    Anyone to hire for this?

    Thank you!

I tried hiring that big co. that was stickied here and they were clueless.
I tried hiring someone from Fiverr and they were useless.
So I rolled up my sleeves and dug in.

        This doesn't matter:

Why? There's literally plugins that will fix all of that if he just clicks "download" then "install" then "activate".

Assuming it's not a super bloated install full of useless shit, anyway.

did u try pingdom? their reports will show what exactly is slowing things down.

              https://tools.pingdom.com/

when i get a ticket for slow site, that's the first thing i check. content slows the site down. its very common to find 1-2mb slider images added by clients lol

There is an API version of Google Pagespeed Insights that provides a very detailed breakdown along with links on what they are looking for in each point to get that individual metric up. I highly suggest trying it out so you can pinpoint what the real issues are. Link: https://developers.google.com/speed/...v5/get-started

For example, the background and foreground contrast ratios is one of the points that can drive you nuts if you don't know the metric they are looking for:
Weight: 3 BACKGROUND AND FOREGROUND COLORS HAVE A SUFFICIENT CONTRAST RATIO
                Score: 0 (Value: 0)
Comment: Low-contrast text is difficult or impossible for many users to read. [Learn more](https://web.dev/color-contrast/).

Yep, and this is the only tool that matters for this. You can also check using Lighthouse in Chrome's console. Pingdom, etc., are great tools for their purpose, but not at all useful for this.

Personally attacked over here , but yea wordpress is pretty good with site speed these days. I managed to solve about 80% of the problems with either plugins or stupidly easy code changes.
