    DMCA complaint while video is on xvideos

    Isn't it strange that xvideos has a share function to embed a video. That I get a DMCA complaint while the video is still accessable on xvideos (with share function)?

          I sometimes get DMCAs for material fed to my blog network by sponsors ... and yeah, its odd - but I just remove it & check if the sponsor has turned dodgy but otherwise just move on...

              I don't get it either. Not to mention, if the videos are on your site and are embedded, they will even have an xVideos logo on them. How can the content owner NOT see that it's embedded from xVideos???

                  Probably because its one of the automated dmca services ...?
                  (we have used a few and it seemed to be just randomly firing in all directions )

                              AS cynical as it sounds, host it on some big host where they have robots verity DMCA. Something like Dreamhost or Leasweb
