                                  Bad parenting, blaming the websites. I got many revenge classifieds ads on my sites. Always angry people and starting to say they go to the police. I start saying that i am sorry that they had to involve me in their problems they created. Than they cool off and i remove the ads.

Unfortunately it does not necessarily give a complete picture of the exact agreement that <insert affiliate name here> entered into with the company at the time of registration and approval.

                                                                                                              What each affiliate is entitled to, but is likely going to not request is a certified copy of the agreement terms that all parties entered into originally, and subsequent modified agreements that came thereafter.

                                                                                                              Everyone's rights are clearly spelled out in the text, and anything omitted, is subject to be challenged by both sides. Should you learn that your rights have been violated, then the odds are so have the rights of hundreds if not thousands of other affiliates. So the monetary harm that was caused to one affiliate, can be multiplied a thousand times, and now you have a "tort claim" that is likely in the millions. There are plenty of qualified attorneys that would consider taking on such matters on a contingency / percentage.
