If you want cheaper then you should create an account with Gemini/Kraken/Coinbase etc, get KYC verified, and connect bank, buy it that way and you'll save money.
Another option is to find a trusted person/friend/fam who will sell you BTC p2p. If those both are not possible, then you'll be paying highest possible fee via BTM's and/or LocalBTC
