they dont care about whether you have copyrights or not, if they think you maybe spammer they will delete you unless you are verified model uploading your own videos

That doesn't answer my question...

If you upload shitload of videos from unverified accounts there is a good chance they are pirated - and that means lots of take-down requests for them. The big tubes are getting ready for the new copyright directive in EU and the VISA/MC requirements, so they pay more attention to the content... Finally!

I'd be taking my lawyer out to lunch for a long long talk about what's happening with record keeping and also what's happening to PornHub in Canada.
