I’m amazed at the difference in industries. I’m researching mainstream sponsors for a website that I’m building.
4% of the sales with $1,000 minimum payment. Must have an Instagram presence. Must have TikTok videos. Must post on Facebook and Twitter.
Minimum of 5,000 daily visitors. No competing ads. And so on!
The adult sponsors are disappearing from the industry or aren’t paying people. The profits are smaller and the acceptance is harder.
Mainstream was paying more a year ago and it was easier to join.
IMHO, social media is responsible for this. A video on Instagram or TikkTok gathers thousands of views per day and the sales are steady.
I have ideas for the future of adult but not the time or money. Things have to change.
