Some sites on there have real organic traffic. You can buy from those. You gotta understand sometimes employees are pressured into buying something because they need to justify their salaries. What better than a quick cheap link to achieve that?

Hardlinks are primarily for SEO purposes, not traffic.

WLs aren't SE friendly, they don't rank at all.

You will probably struggle to get google traffic for pure white labels no matter what you buy ... but if you can convert more dollars than you pay for traffic, then obviously buying traffic is a good deal.

In general, links are normally bought to get SE traffic over time ... and adverts/banners etc are bought to get direct traffic

First check if your WL has set a canonical in the header to somewhere else, then there is a pretty big chance you won't rank it.

Most of the people posting their URLs in buy / sell built those sites specifically to sell hard links, or the sites died a decade ago. Very rarely do the good sites to buy from end up actually posted in there.
