Nobody is going to give you their numbers.
Huge programs like ARS, Top Bucks, etc... may do up to 1,000 signup's/rebills per day on all of their sites combined with the power of countless affiliates promoting them. At least that number has been speculated in here before, but there's no way to verify that unless it comes from them.
So to say 100 per day on a medium sized single site run by you alone is unlikely.Comment

This is impossible to answer because it depends on how you define small medium and large pay sites. Is it by the number of members or the number of images and/or videos etc etc.
On top of that it depends on the niche and how much qualified traffic you are sending to it. I can go on but I think you have the idea now
