It seems that old INDEFINITE OnlyFans referral contracts will stop receiving payments after May 1st 2021 due to the new OnlyFans TOS. Is this so?

In the old referral sign-up confirmation email it clearly says: "You will now receive 5% of all income (LIFETIME) earning by this user."

For new referral contracts it says in the confirmation email "You will now receive 5% of income earned by this user for the first 12 Months of their Account or the first $1 Million Dollars earned."

Can OnlyFans change and practically stop formerly INDEFINITE referral agreements one-sidedly afterwards?

Old news unfortunately. They made this change a while ago and yes they can change their agreement. Every site has language in their terms that says they can make changes if they wanted to.

Well - I would like to see the "language" in their old TOS that makes that possible.
I think its a difference if you make a change to all new referral contracts from a given date - what they practially did and also CAN do without any "language" even.

But for being able to terminate a formally "LIFETIME" aggreement, I would like to see that text. Can anybody research that?

Just the usual affiliate-site screwage. This is essentially the same as stealing old rebills, for which I have seen an infinity of excuses. All you can do, practically speaking, is put them on your shit list of programs that don't prioritize paying what they owe, and move on with other sponsors or a better business model.

Like manwin and the other big, they dont care about the affiliates anymore. They already have brand awareness in mainstream, so they just cut out the middle man

Thank you for your helpful and motivating replies. It's good to hear that you are not alone with this mess. Thank god I am mostly an actor myself on OF and JFF and the affiliate money was only a nice add-on for those I was coaching. And JustForFans is not changing their affiliate plans yet. But as one of you said. OF got so popular and a houshold name - they don't need affiliates anymore.
