Take yourself off your spam list. There, you won't get mail from yourself anymore.

Do you use Outlook Express?

Just block it.

Simplest way in Outlook is to click "message", then "block sender".

There's a good chance those are viruses too. If you've actually opened them make sure you do a virus scan.

Double click the attachment and you will see a form. Fill that out, hit enter, and you should be in good shape.

I tried that once. Basically what it did was block me from seeing the email, but not from recieving it.

Meaning i would open outlook and see "139 new emails" but only have 4 in my inbox.

Yes i use outlook express.

Go to "create rule from message"

Then choose "delete message from the server"

It is obviously not spam. It is a virus. Check the headers to see where it is coming from. Forward each one, with the headers (you will have to copy and paste them) to the abuse department of the ISP demanding that they shut him off until he can be contacted and runs a virus check on his computer.

It will take the abuse department a few hours to get a clue, but they eventually will.

BTW.. my fedex and UPS drivers came by today...they didn't have anything for me.

Never click the "Remove me from this list" links. It's just to verify that your email is a valid one and you'll be added to 10 more lists.

That's probably what you received:

http://www.pspl.com/virus_info/worms/yahae.htm

Sounds like if it's executed it will make your antivirus software useless.
