Hello! I am new to this site, so hello everyone! I am cam girl turned cam site owner. I am in the beta stages but we have built out the infrastructure, (this is NOT a white label), implemented payment portals that are adult friendly, and have a couple of profiles started before launch. We have an ad campaign plan in place.

However, I am finding that I cannot do this entirely on my own and I am having a hard time getting any traction for models, recruiters, partners etc. I use sexy jobs for some model recruitment and connections, and am trying to mine my other connections for answers, but I thought I would also try here as it seems there are some very intelligent people present.

To be clear, what I am looking for is possible partnerships, real and effective model recruitment and management, web developers (I have an idea I would like to execute that I think will make this business even more scalable), even advise on how to attract investors or why that is a good/bad idea all together, models, and general advise, of course.

Am I missing something here ? You are a girl, so you are 50 % there, find one more ( or two) girls, furnish a nice bedroom get a couple Go Pros and get rocking. What is this all about recruiters, models partners etc...

I'm a cam girl as well, just recently sold a successful cam site I created about 7 years ago

Was fun but stressful as fuck so be prepared for that. EVERYTHING is on you so you gotta be up for it. It's not a 9-5, Monday thru Friday kinda thing, you have to be on call every day. After 7 years I'd had enough

What gateway are you using? I'd rec Orbital, Payze or Mobius

Merch bank: Humboldt, they were wonderful to me

Hosting: Vacares, M3Servers or MojoHost. I'm in love with Vacares but all three are fantastic

To recruit performers you need to outline:

Who you are
What your company name is
Addresses for each
CB policy
Payout percentage and timeline
Anything that makes your project special (being a performer isn't that, many many performer sites have started and failed)
Services your MID supports (for ex, is selling tangibles permitted)

WeCamGirls is a great place to find performers, just be prepared to answer every query even if it's already outlined on your site

If it's a good site I'll sign up, provided you can provide traffic as I keep my own clients on my own site and the new owner of what used to be my own MID

I think a black label would have been a great practice run for you

Cause the elements you have not covered yet, are the more expensive investment elements ever, and they can be filled up with "WORDS" from many experts, but I have NEVER seen a webcam site open based on words and assumptions and promises.

but feel free to pick up here and there on GFY some consultants who will help you out and get you where you want. Truth is, it's not done this way, at all!
If you would have asked me for help, I would have declined your project based on what is missing and knowing from my side how hard it is to get that rolling.
