Serious question to Chaturbate management:

This model is actively encouraging, directing and assisting my surfers who are already customers of your platform to abandon that account and signup under her affiliate code.

In your TOS Appendix B Section 8.b it clearly states that this is not allowed. But yet I am finding very similar encouragement, direction and assistance on model's pages. So, is this allowed? And if so, does that not make the entire agreement null and void since you are not actively ensuring it is adhered to by all parties involved?

Asking for myself and a lot of friends.

I love models who play by the same rules they ask me to play by.

I really love models who know that my site is making them money, not taking it away from them.

But models like this one think I am somehow the problem when I am sending thousands of new people to Chaturbate. What did she do to get people to Chaturbate? It's supposed to be a symbiotic relationship. I send them eyeballs and they give those eyeballs something to look at. We all win.

Of course it does. I've repped it for many years. My thread is about preserving it's rep. One thing that made Chaturbate so great is that they championed models. Empowered them. But they also must keep them in check. Enforce their own rules. Keep both sides happy so the growth keeps up for both sides.

I reported the same issue. Nothing happened. Now monthly payments, sometimes bi-weekly, have gone to near 0. Have moved on. This issue has been going on for a long time. We first reported to CB last summer. Cheers!
