Paxum External Card Transfer - not working?

I have all kinds of issues with Paxum atm, but I think they have been sending some emails about external card transfers not working.

I've seen someone mentioning that around here . . .

External card transfers haven't worked for months for me. Always rejected by my bank.

Here, i've created a similar thread like this one. I am now on my fifth or sixth transaction try and all of them had been returned with no reason provided. I have tried 2 bank accouunts and all the support tells me is:

"Your EFT Transaction came back with no reason provided, please try another bank" - Honestly... i am running out of banks to try lol.

Already contacted my bank, they said they never recieved any transaction. So i know it's not their fault.

This is the issue now for the past 4 months and i just can't withdraw this money thats been sitting in my account... and the support does not seem to help here either..

As a valued Paxum customer we regret to inform you that our External Card withdrawal processing partner is no longer able to support External Card withdrawal to VISA branded cards. This means that we are no longer able to offer External VISA Card withdrawal at this time.

External Card withdrawal to Mastercard branded cards is not affected by this situation and will continue to be fully operational. You can add an external Mastercard to your Paxum account at any time.

We are already in communication with alternative processing partners and we plan to provide renewed coverage for external VISA cards as soon as possible.

You can still access your account funds through our other withdrawal options such as WIRE, EFT (local bank transfer), External Card withdrawal to Mastercard, or by ordering the Paxum Unionpay card.

As soon as we have an update on this situation we will inform you directly.
