i DIDNT DO ANY OF THAT. I was told that because i updated a new card on the system, they emailed me to send the pic of the actual card and the email bounced. I didnt get any email and im using the same email address. I went ahead and emailed them a pic of the card, i still didnt get any assistance. So idkComment
