                The thing is that Revolut is not actually a real bank, it is a virtual bank.

                Have you tried with Dukascopy? It is almost like a real bank.

                  I think they are real bank , because they were listed in UK bank list when they were based there and when i was checking it, plus they are billion dollar worth company so having a bank licence should not be problem. Paypal also have banking licence . And when you send wire to them , bank name is "revolut bank" and not some other bank which need to be usualy written when you deposit money to ewallet.
                  Tho, as they changed now to Lithuania , i dont see them listed on it's bank list , so they could be virtual now.

                    In my country (romania) revolut sends weekly reports to our IRS. So if you plan to keep a low profile revoult isn't the solution.
