    Already starting to get excited...

    it´s 3am, so it´s Christmas eve! Yey! We bought our turkey earlier today, well, yesterday.

    Turkey, roast potatoes, brussels, cabbage, swede and parsnips, pigs in blanket, yorkshire pudding and Christmas pudding for dessert!

    Presents wrapped, jamon half eaten, cheese board and chocolates out. 4 bottles of bubbly, 5 ltrs of wine, 6 ltrs of beer, a bottle of tequila, orange juice and limes...

    Ready for Christmas and I read it´s 26c on Christmas day!

          this year, it´s only 4kg, but then we´ll get another one later in the week for new years eve, the price of fresh turkey´s have gone down, at just over 3€ a kg. Amazing

              I was going to ask are you still in Spain or did you bugger off back to blighty because of covid. With 26c I know the answer lol

              I had Christmas dinner last year in Cambodia most bizarre thing ever having Christmas dinner and the next table over was a bunch of tattooed up Chinese mafia guys.

              I'm hoping with all this tier 4 fuckery in the UK I'll be able to pick up a ton of discount turkeys this year so that i can bone them out and use freeze a bunch of turkey meat for currys for the next 6 months

                  You won't, because a lot of people are having to plan a Christmas dinner on their own at the last minute, so Turkeys will be gone. I went into my nearest supermarket a couple days ago and the shelves were stripped bare.

                      yeah, most definitely stayed here, it´s safe and the Orihuela coast is meant to be near on zero, very clean, no covid...

                                          wow what a day, seriously the best Christmas dinner ever, neighbours all appreciated the turkey meal and then was mashed on tequilas and plenty of bubbly.
