Why Paxum doesn't let me to withdraw to Hungary?

    Why Paxum doesn't let me to withdraw to Hungary?

    Trying to withdraw USD to my hungarian VISA card with external card transfer, never had a problem with it in years...

    Hungary is not even on the excluded country list, I'm still getting the error message "Issuing Bank Country is not supported"...

    Someone from Paxum please help me what the hell is the problem

              There is no problem withdrawing to Hungary.

              Clients located in Hungary can withdraw by WIRE, EFT (local bank transfer), to external Mastercard, or to the Paxum card if you have opted to have one.

                          Today I wanted to use the EFT transfer. Before, always it was around 4 euro for such transfer. Now i see its 40 euro ??
