    CCBILL just thoughts, but hmm?

    Partner and I noticed, hmm, CCBILL is having a hard time keeping up with our stats remote.

    So loading manually. Again. Slow. Lagging.

    Seeing really low CCBILL numbers for the weekend. Feels like Tuesday or Wednesday numbers. We do large enough numbers that strange swings don't happen very often.

    Anyone else see anything odd?

      I had a lot of sales with CCBill the last week. Strange things happen, indeed.

          But over the last 12 years I've had 12 different account reps tell me "They are really working on the stats this time"

              all I care about is getting paid on time and ccbill has ALWAYS done that. The only time I've ever had an issue with them is a USPS issue. I still get checks weekly or almost all weeks.

                  there is a current problem with sales email reports. I am not getting them anymore.

                      NiftyStats will probably do an upgrade to deal with the CCBill stats hanging and it will be fine shortly. Not having to slog through logging into CCBill is a great reason to pay for Nifty and they do update often.

                          Their Quickstats were broken for over a month. They were fixed for a day or so. But now frozen for date Nov 19th. Now the credit/check stats are broken. No way to see what is going on with sales at the moment there.
