That is correct. Maybe build a site, a blog and you can advertise your whitelabel there. You might also use the social media, but it is not as effective.

why would anyone visit your WL? there are thousands and thousands of such WLs. do some actual work, build a real site, get some traffic and then send it to your WL.

Some failure will tell you not to buy traffic but I buy and sell traffic for over 6 years and doing great

You need lots of time, effort and money for that traffic to your WL.
Start small, create sites, join forums, write blogs about your sites.
